Definitions • Client: Any individual or organization that has entered into an agreement with DTAC Risk Intelligence for security services. • Service Agreement: The contract between DTAC Risk Intelligence and the Client detailing the security services to be provided. 3. Notice of Cancellation • Clients must provide written notice of cancellation. Notices can be sent via email to ashley.dtac@gmail.com or on 082 891 6454. • The notice must include the Client’s name, address, appointment details, and the reason for cancellation, and if applicable, reschedule request. 4. Dispute Resolution • Any disputes regarding cancellations or fees should be directed to our customer service team at ashley.dtac@gmail.com or 082 891 6454. We are committed to resolving disputes amicably and in a timely manner. 9. Amendments to Policy • DTAC Risk Intelligence reserves the right to amend this cancellation policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes to the policy.
